Los certificados académicos pueden solicitarse desde la sección "Gestión Académica/titulación/certificados" del portal miUNAV. En el portal se puede solicitar y descargar de manera sencilla y automática esos certificados con firma electrónica digital. Este formulario está previsto únicamente para los alumnos que tengan algún problema al realizar ese proceso.
Mediante este formulario puedes consultarnos cualquier asunto relativo a tu matrícula salvo las cuestiones relacionadas con los pagos que puedes plantear con los formularios establecidos al efecto. Te recordamos que si necesitas plaza en alguna asignatura o quieres cambiar de grupo deberás presentar la instancia tipo “Matrícula” desde el portal miUNAV/Gestión Académica/Titulación/Instancias
